Ronald Prince Protogeau

Ron Prince, a groundbreaking figure in college football coaching, made history in 2005 as the youngest head coach at Kansas State University and the first minority head coach in school history. Throughout his tenure, he achieved unprecedented success, becoming the winningest coach in program history in his first three years. Beginning his coaching career at the grassroots level, Prince’s journey to the top involved dedication, hard work, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Despite challenges and skepticism, he proved his coaching prowess at every level, ultimately inspiring audiences nationwide with his message of seizing opportunities. As he continues to share his inspiring story and “Opportunity is Now Here” message, Ron Prince remains a beacon of hope and motivation for all.

Akilah Darden, MBA LEED AP is the Director of Design & Construction, Diversity & Inclusion at Indiana University Health, where she leads initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.  With over 2 years of experience in this role, Akilah is a visionary leader who is committed to creating strategies that support equity, belonging, and inclusion in the design and construction  industry.  Additionally, as the founder of The Darden Group, LLC, she offers expert consultancy on complex commercial projects, specializing in advanced planning, difficult staging, and multi-sector development.  Akilah’s unique blend of construction management and diversity and inclusion expertise sets her apart as a trailblazer in her field, driving positive change and creating inclusive spaces for all.
